Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 24, 2026
At TOKME we believe in serving all users equally, including people with disabilities. We work to make the website and the app accessible in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Accommodations), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
Accessibility features on this website
- Semantic page structure with ordered headings, labelled navigation landmarks and a "skip to main content" link.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every element.
- Color contrast meeting level AA, plus an optional extra high-contrast mode.
- An accessibility menu on every page (the round button in the corner of the screen) offering: larger text, high contrast, underlined links and stopping animations. Your choice persists across pages.
- The system "reduce motion" preference is honored — animations are disabled automatically.
- Alternative text for images and graphic elements.
- The site adapts to every screen size and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
- The entire site is available in Hebrew and English.
App accessibility
- The app supports the TalkBack (Android) and VoiceOver (iOS) screen readers.
- Text sizes respect the operating system's font-size settings.
- Video and voice calls offer live subtitles — a feature that also assists people who are hard of hearing.
- Interface contrast and touch targets are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible — for example, video content uploaded by other users in competitions, which does not include captions. We keep improving accessibility continuously, and every report helps us find issues.
