Kfar Saba is ten minutes, Hod HaSharon about fifteen, and Herzliya about fifteen. A small range here already covers the central Sharon.
Tel Aviv is about half an hour, which is reasonable for a first date and heavier as a weekly routine.
The recommendation: start with a Sharon range and widen only if there is a good reason.
